Dog days: There's still time for swim shorts

While monsoon rains and the occasional typhoons are upon us this part of the globe, it's the dog days of summer elsewhere in the Northern Hemisphere. Oh how I envy you guys because I so miss the beach already. Now while most people pick up their swimwear early on at summer's onset, there's still pretty much lots of time to grab a couple more. It doesn't hurt that a lot of them are also on sale. Now let's take a look at what's still in store.

How about some swim shorts that could pass off as regular shorts? It doesn't sound like a bad idea to be sauntering around town in them and then in some spur of the moment decision take a plunge into the water.

We also love swim shorts that well, look like swim shorts. You know, those with either drawstrings or waistbands. Or the board shorts type, only shorter and sexier.

And then there are graphic and geometric prints. Checks also look good. The monochromatic prints make it easy to pair it with just about any top while the Hawaiian print just screams summer.
