It's been a busy day and I'm looking forward to even busier days ahead. But just right before we were about to leave the building, inspired by all the chaos that I saw at the parking area and envious of My Bibe taking selfies, I thought of an unplanned smartphone "shoot" for an outfit post. I'm wearing a pinstripe DB suit jacket after all.
Car park chic?
A double-breasted suit jacket, let alone a pinstripe one, is sure to get noticed, at least where I work. But since I understand it may be too much of a statement, I tried dressing it down to a casual level. Instead of the usual business dress pants I wore slim-cut chinos, and where there's supposed to be a long-sleeved business shirt I threw on a crew neck pullover.
With my color scheme of navy, black and olive, I finished off the look with a pair of brown (modified) monk-strap brogues. I also accessorized a bit with a bracelet.
All this chaos is but a personal reminder of what lies ahead in the coming days for me.
All set to go home.
Enjoy the rest of the week, you guys!
