Was just being silly here. I mean, I need to be what with all the stress at work. Although it's been a long day -- and it really felt freakishly long -- it's all good.

It's been a fun day. There was food and more food. Even when there was work to do, the atmosphere seemed light. Oh how I love fridays. And of course, My Bibe 's home now, back from Iloilo. My outfit today was pretty simple with just jeans and a polo shirt. The polo was one of about four or five that I got from a Giordano store in HK last year. I just thought I'd wear some color today. The jeans are Topman that I folded around the hem. I'm also wearing sneakers by S***r (Swear) and a striped red belt from Polo Ralph Lauren. And after five straight days of wearing contact lenses, I thought I had to rest my eyes a bit, hence, the glasses from Kenneth Cole. More photos after the jump.

My mind is so slow right now, I can't wait for Saturday to come. Never mind Friday because it's still officially a workday for me. I just feel so sleepy that coffee does nothing to help. I went for something a bit preppy today, donning this vest I picked up at SM Department Store maybe two years ago. And underneath it is a little secret I'm now telling everyone: the white shirt wasn't completely ironed. I mean, I only ironed the sleeves, the collar, and a small area right beneath it. So I felt lazy again last night but hey, what's the point when everything else is hidden from view? Shirt (Memo); vest (Attitudes at SM Department Store); pants (Topman); shoes (Aldo); watch (Kenneth Cole Reaction).

Thumbs up! But what for, I really don't know. Maybe for Scotty winning American Idol. Not that he was my favorite of the bunch but because he was my favorite of the two. His deep country voice amuses me so much. So a typhoon is coming but we're still on watch if it will actually hit the Philippines. Today it was very sunny, though, perfect timing for this short-sleeved shirt from Rajo Laurel for Wharton. The shirt actually came with a bow tie of the same pattern but I opted for contrast with this clip-on from Tieline. About the weather, I just don't know if it's gonna rain again later as was the pattern three days in a row. Pants (G2000); shoes (Aldo); wristwatch (Kenneth Cole Reaction).

Although the day started out with dark skies, the sun is intermittently peering through the clouds already. So there's hope for a sunny weekend for me then. Today I'm wearing a gingham shirt (in a green-gray-white pattern) from G2000. If you look closely in the middle where the buttons are, a differently patterned cloth is used as detailing. The same mold is also used in the inside of the collar and cuffs, which I like. To complement the shirt I paired it with gray pants from Topman. The shoes are Frank at Traffic and the belt, Merger. Green leather jacket from Zara; frames by Kenneth Cole.

Lotsa brown today! Brown shirt with small orange checks, brown pants in a much lighter shade, brown tie in a pattern of different shades of brown, brown leather belt, and brown shoes. Of course I also carried a brown bag. Whew! Shirt (Merger); pants (Dansen at SM); shoes (Zara); belt and tie (both from SM). Ha! Ha! My frames are also brown (Kenneth Cole).

In the mood for some wild print today. The shirt is Martin Box and I got it at Prima Linea in Greenbelt 3. I love that store and hate it at the same time because whenever I go in, I'm always sure I'll end up buying something. Or some things. Paired it with chinos from Bench, and one of my fave shoes from Zara, which I just wore last week . Frames from Kenneth Cole.

I just realized the irony of my expression here against the seemingly gleeful shirt I'm wearing today, like I was forced out of bed or something. I feel like it's summer already with the floral and polka dot overlay. The fabric's also very thin, perfect for our still warm office. Got it from Oxygen. And for footwear, I'm going metallic today with these faux-alligator leather shoes from Pedro: The pants I got from SM. Eyeglasses, Kenneth Cole.

Today I took a break from my usual slim cut silhouette with these maroon cord flares. My Bibe gave them to me a long time ago but was relegated to the bottom of the pile since I lost a lot of weight. And now that I gained, they fit me once more. Paired them with a pullover from Arrow that My Bibe gifted me on my birthday five years ago. Chucks to complete the look. Leather strap watch and eye frames, both Kenneth Cole.

After sort of a brown mood yesterday, I'm going for pink today. Shirt from Merger that I got on sale last year, blue pants from Sahara at SM. Love the detail on the fabric (but not very visible in the photo) and the fact that it had french cuffs! I just couldn't find a certain pair of cuff links that My Bibe gave me. It would have been perfect for this shirt. I was still lazy to put on contacts. Hence, the glasses (Kenneth Cole) for two days in a row.
