[Lookbook 09.26.2012] The shirt jacket

rszDSC_4202adj

Last Wednesday's outfit consisted of this stylish jacket I got a few weeks ago. I love the army green color, first of all, and also its trim cut and stylish design. Problem was when I tried wearing a shirt underneath, I felt it was bulking up underneath (or I was just fat). So I ditched the shirt for a white V-neck undershirt and treated the jacket as if it were a shirt.

With all the flaps both in front and at the back, and the off-center diagonal zipper, I thought it was already busy enough and I kept the rest of the outfit understated with black pants and black shoes.

But I couldn't resist wearing some striped socks in varying shades of green. Call it a hidden surprise, if you may.
